Apart from being thoughtful and meaningful, which most people have already pointed out, what really makes this show stand out for me is that we didn’t see any kind of cheating, unnecessary clichés, sexual scenes, or harsh language—stuff like that. That’s honestly one of its biggest positives. I personally haven’t seen many shows with this kind of vibe and these qualities.
As for Choi Yi-joo, he definitely had a lot of life experience and lived a relatively long life.
