11/10 he is the gravity of this drama in more than one way
The whole series is more or less a battlefield, lots of killing but of background characters. But violence is not emphasized. Give it a go you wont be disappointed. Things start to pick up from ep3

Does jang hyuk get more screen time? Upto ep 5, his screen time is fleeting.
Yes. Not as much as the 3 leads but significantly more and his scenes are quite impactful

I agree, you would have thought he would have stepped in out of common sense, but he is there to protect HeeJae…
I get your point. But would have liked if his character understood that protecting someone important to the person you are protecting is kinda important.
At this point I feel even Bang Won's fan has more significance than him.

JH's dialogues and delivery in this is freaking awesome. Every single one of them along with his subtle expressions seems to be defining LBW better and better.
