I don’t think ml know about his romance feeling toward him. To me he prob just see him as a younger brother who looks up to him. But if reung eum didn’t say “thankfully, no”, confirming to gilchae that janghgun died, the marriage wouldn’t have happened. But I do see where you’re coming from. Thanks for enlightening me about reungeum. I missed and forgotten lot of info about him.
The more I think about it I really don’t get how there’s so many people blaming on fl and saying she doesn’t deserve ml or happy ending. I can see both side they made decisions and they had reason for that. Ml wanted fl but kept separating himself from her and when she’s taken he wants her all to himself, when he could have easily confessed and tell her the truth that he saved her before all that happened. Maybe then fl could realise that he truly loves her. Ml thinks fl is still childish so he’s waiting for her to mature and understand his feelings on her own, fl thinks ml is just flirting around, their thoughts of each other is just making it complicated for one another, rejecting the fact and not realising each other true feeling, leading to this ending. some of you guys can’t blame everything on fl and wishing her no happiness, for choosing to stay behind with her family whom she now takes care of, leaving ml a letter with cruel words. Yes I know it was cruel, but ml should also see that she cannot leave everything behind just for him! Don’t blame or hate any of them! The only person I could see to be blamed on is that singer! Idek what’s the actual point of his character. He’s not even in the second part cast.

The drama hasn’t ended yet, also there’s a second part after episode 10 coming in October. Total 20 episodes
1. They haven’t gotten together yet, the story is like ml chasing fl (but chill) but fl keeps rejecting or doesn’t wanna admit she does feel the same.
5. There’s no second syndrome, the second couple is tgt, however fl likes 2nd ml, and it’s not really shown yet but 2nd ml might like fl secretly, but idc about him. He doesn’t really seem like a strong or impactful character to me.
6. So far, I don’t find any character annoying, maybe a few scene here and there but not much.
I thought I came to watch a comedy show seeing some scenes from the first two ep in tiktok, but damnn I didn’t think it’d be this serious. Overall and so far, it’s so good and I love that fl can still be funny at times in war.
