Idk much how these things happen but I think agency has no say here. They can only make sure the artist gets the treatment. Leaving the set and taking rest after joining the drama depends mostly on the schedule and production. The way C-ent has such tight schedules 😮‍💨 if the actors have to present in all the scenes then it's impossible to leave it. As mimi said about other actors. CY couldn't even take one week leave for his broken ankle. He was doing all fight scenes, wire scenes with a cast on. 😭 And czy, he actually joined the shooting with broken collarbone. These are only things we can see don't know how many the artists are suffering silently coz they are invisible to us and not known.

I really wish artists have some rights here and I'm hoping they have them.🤞 Even if it goes against the agency and production they can treat themselves without giving into the 'work will stop if you take leave so you have to endure the pain and complete it' mindset.
