You may think they will understand you but it will only make you feel frustrated after all the explanations. And then some are smart who use your words which you tried to explain against you and show it as if you are telling and not them.
So best course of action. Leave them, don't reply to their comments. It will only make them feel they got attention and will come back again with more malicious comments.
Block them if you don't want to handle them. It's alright. First priority should be our mental health. Nobody will be sane after continuously seeing the words the haters spew.
Report them. So the mods can just ban their accounts. These people use different accounts to spew such things. No one is doing that using their main accounts.
Finally stay united. It's not that only one gets the hate. They will use others as a excuse and write their hate comments. We may think they are praising other person but they are haters of both and want the fans to start fight. Let's be united and not focus on the haters words. Keep loving your favs and other casts too.
