I can only say. He is someone who doesn't stop himself from experiencing things just because he fears it. There is a limit and till it reaches that limit he will push himself and do it.
From what I heard he has fear of heights and also water. He never learnt swimming coz of this. I think both the fears are due to the weightlessness feeling.
