Actually we don't even know if it was lijie talking. They never said the names in the last part. Not jiling, wuyi and lijie. I feel there is something in between or it never made it to final cut which can tell us who has memories and what part of the past changed. Without knowing which parts have been changed it's not possible to come to a conclusion about later parts. See, lijie was commander but in new timeline, youchi became the commander. How did a demon become a commander when he always has to carry the token or he will vanish instantly.

It also means youchi and wsg arrived into shilin sect before lijie, so LJ never became commander. And LJ was a three flower hunter in the end, it meant he already have surpassed all the 4 double flower hunters. Then there's the sword of LJ, who said to him to go and get the sword. Then jican would've have taken physical form and come out before 50+ years. And they changed the past so something's are bound to be changed. Who knows jican wouldn't have got to the stage of taking physical form at all.
