question, why is the power leaving chi wen and going wsg? i know hes the real dragon but what triggered that?
I think wsg is born from all the 9 reverse dragon scales, and he is a real dragon. So his power is more now than the ring which can hold the dragon deity power. So it is going to WSG instead of the ring.

When ywh went to the cave and inside the water to get the part of spiritual jade, the soul spitting happened. One went back to the human, who is lijie who just wants to protect LS/jiling . And another into the butterfly cocoon.
I think there's some jiuying hand in this too.
As we know only six eyed butterfly demon can keep the part of the jade. So it was mandatory he becomes that. But he didn't expect his soul to split and create lijie.

I don't think they switched. There is a theory going around about ywh. It's the only one which I feel is right. As we also saw the cave and water scene along with butterfly cocoon.
