He reads them. Everyone reads maybe not that same day or night but at some point they do. But I'm glad he said this.. coz fans are in a mindset that you definitely have to give letters to talk with him. They should know isn't compulsory. So they can control their excitement and rui will also stop being guilty when he won't be able to take the letters. They can just say hi and bye and sometimes he can stop so they can have a chat.
