all these searching star stone stories are confusing for me. can't catch up much
There was a transition between the three storyline .

Dizhu and manman( 1st), yuan wuhuo and yuan xizia( 2nd), wuzhiqi and wsg's master( 3rd)
They all enter the same cave. The location is same but timelines are different. It was the cave where star stone was kept.

In DZ and MM timeline it was just a stone. In YWH and YXZ timeline he changed into human form who was sitting on the altar chained. In third timeline, there was no stone or human but the stone statues of wuzhiqi's tribe people who were turned into stones were kept.
