This seems like a part of c-ent. You can't remove it. So they have to make the most of it. Every actor knows about this. They just finds the cameras like they possess some eighth sense and tries to hide from them. But the actors can't always be conscious when they are filming scenes. Like when you are shooting in outdoor you know they are there. But you just ignore them.

Yes. Who will want every scene of your drama released as a leak while filming. I think they just make deals. Like you can't release so and so before the drama airs. These type of thing. Sometimes the crew starts fighting with them if they crossed the line.
