Y-Idol is still my fav story so far. I can't wait for the conclusion next week. For me a happy ending isn't my favorite couple winning the reality show but them coming out of it stronger. #PeekKla FTW. I like how strongly character driven the series as a whole is. For me Y-Idol is even more so because there isn't as much mystery about who's doing what to whom. We as the audience know what everyone is up to. So it's all about the psychology of our leads and their growth.
I am slightly confused. What happened at the university about the conflict of someone writing fan fiction really…
The part about their classmate writing the fanfiction was all real. It was a flashback to their university moon days. Like Kla said he wouldn't mind if they were writing it as real BL fans but they were doing it just to tease Peek and he wouldn't stand for that.
That scene serves to remind Peek how much Kla cares for him and always means him well even when he teases him. When he remembers this he finally lets his guard down. For a moment he got so deep in the game that he started to see Kla as just another player and interpreted everything in terms of strategy. That's why he lashed out when Kla was comforting him about his father's disapproval.
