This series is a huge disappointment. It started off so well with the young actors killing it with how the leads meet and then petered out to bleh. As someone below said this feels a lot like queer baiting. The whole finale was pointless.
If they didn't want to make an actual BL series they could have gone the route of a bromance. With a little work this could have made a decent bromance. I mean, other than the 1st episode the only enjoyable thing about the show was how the three older musicians treated Smart like the maknae in a kpop band. That friendship was very cute. They could have built on that and I would have been satisfied. But noooo they decided to sell it as a half-assed attempt at a Y series instead.
