Came to this with very low expectations and I'm pleasantly surprised. Definitely one of my favorites ever now. Low budget but very well written and acted. Such memorable characters and dialogue. Good direction as well. Touching and full of humour. The uncut version is a must see.

How did Viphob end up taking Aek to the hospital? Did he just happen to be driving by or did Aek call him of all people? What happened there? And after the misunderstanding (let's call it that) he had with Aek he lets Viphob take him home to his apartment for the night instead of to his dorm?

Exactly! From what I am picking up from the comments the source material is actually very rich with context that would make this story more interesting and make me more empathetic towards the characters. The chemistry has been one sided from the start and obvious to everyone and their mother to see. Literally both their moms saw it. As Nuna pointed out the only one who didn't know that Aue liked Aek was Aek himself. I never get a sense that he liked him but was afraid to show it. Just P/Nong vibes on his side. At this pace they'll probably dump a lot of info on us in the last 2 episodes that will try to make sense of it all. All the time wasted on the much talked about long stares and draggy scenes could have been spent giving us some backstory. I started this series wanting to like it so much. Now I feel like dropping tbh but since I've come this far I might as well slug it out for now. I'll give it one more episode to redeem itself.
