Poor Tae trying to find ways of making Nite stay. I feel so embarrassed for him. Whenever he likes someone it's so obvious and everyone keeps pointing it out. He can't help but be shy about it.

The way Nite talks about the flowers that grow on his 'hill' reminds me a lot of fairy lore. Very interesting.

Well I'm not a-stupid-American-from-a-big-city but I had the same questions and reactions to that aspect of the plot. I had to suspend disbelief a little bit to get passed that. This was put in to make our lead's struggle more real. It's sink or swim. It will look so much more impressive when he overcomes these difficulties.

I get what you mean but it's not really a trend. Enemies to friends/lovers is a recognized trope. There's even a tag for that. I agree some use of this trope can be extreme and yes toxic even. But so far in this series (2 episodes in) I don't see the relationship between the leads as being that aggressive. If anything there's a lot of posturing and fake aggression more than anything. Don't let the toxicity of previous use of he trope in some series colour how you see it applied in other series like this one.

Babe? I see a sequel in the future. If there is a season 2, I would probably watch it. But I hope they don't rush it and instead take their time to make improvements in the story telling and pacing. I would love to see this caste again though.

Ep 4. When you spend the whole day trying to forget that someone confessed their love for you but at the first sign that someone else is interested in them you become possessive. He said he likes me so back off! Like me spending the whole week trying to forget about this series until ep 5 comes around. In denial.

Seems like it didn't end well because Q is unclear about his feelings. Namwhan (Tae's sister) is in love with Q and wants take their 'friendship' to the next level but Q is indecisive. So Tae wishes for Bhu to like him back but Nite our Cupid says, "Nope, I can't make that happen. He's not your soulmate. Not yet anyway. But don't worry about it. I'll help you out." What happens if Cupid falls in love with his mark, though?
