Ep. 9 @backyardforest I get what you're saying but I don't see anything wrong with Pure cock blocking Folk with Pai. 1. He was being a good wing man for his best friend and 2. I think he actually likes Folk himself. What makes him a asshole for me in this episode is not even the way he seduced Folk (I'll get to that later) but moving in on Waan's love interest Beau. How could he not read the situation? It's obvious to just about everyone including Beau's friend that Waan likes her. But he's not alone to blame either. What's up with Waan seeming to step a aside and actually acting as a wing man for Pure? In fairness to Pure he was only accidentally an asshole here. He did establish very early in their friendship that even though he is a player he would never hit on a girl his bro in interested in. If Waan had simply said, "Hey! I saw her first." I have no doubt Pure would have stepped aside for him and even help him win her over. Grow a pair Waan. So innocent in the ways of the heart that one. I'm rooting for him to gain confidence especially now that we know Beau might be interested in him and he has a chance with her if he can step up his game. Did you see how disappointed she was?
As for Pure x Folk. I think this will be interesting to watch develop. Folk is clearly a romantic. This boy is looking for love and definitely wants to be in a relationship. Pure does not believe in love and is just interested in sex no strings attached. Pure pushed Folk to ask Pai to be his boyfriend knowing full well Pai would reject him and just waited on the sidelines to comfort him when his heart was inevitably broken to take advantage. Folk didn't have a chance. I don't think Pure is the type of guy to "take responsibility" as they say in these series for seducing Folk and making him catch feelings for him. Will Folk be the one to open Pure's heart? The theme song for this relationship would definitely be Savage Love by Jason Derulo:
Savage love Did somebody, did somebody Break your heart? Lookin' like an angel But your savage love When you kiss me I know you don't give two fucks But I still want that You savage love
So they wanted me to fall in love with another 2 Moons cast only to rip it apart before the 2nd season, AGAIN. No thank you. It was traumatic enough the 1st time around. So glad I put this on hold instead of rushing in. Seeing the drama (not the good kind) around the 2 Moons 3 casting, production and management teams triggered me and got this shifted into the not interested category.
@Nesma Eun Young for a Thai drama with romance and bromance, crime, mystery thriller I recommend Blacklist and also The Gifted. Like I'm Tee, Me Too they aren't BL but feature great casts that have featured in BL.
