Someone told me this is like KINNPORSCHE and I thought wow, a non-uni bl, imagine my surprise (ب_ب) Anyway I am in EP 2 and I had forgotten how much second hand embarrassment Thai bls can have ( ・ ᗜ ・ ) but I'm here for it What I've liked so far: - the color gradient of this is stunning, gmmtv take notes - Sky's house is so beautiful ( ♡‿♡) - the fight scenes are well choreographed - everyone is attractive! Even the older guys ( ・ ᗜ ・ ) but more so Toktaeng, Sun and Pitch - the plot makes sense, kind of
What could use with improvement: - the acting ಥ_ಥ - the directing. It's not seamless, there's a some awkwardness with background actors and transitions
Just crossing my fingers I actually finish this because I'm in a bl slump ⊙﹏⊙ And did I read there's girl drama ahead? Don't come for me, but yaaayy!! I want something as messy as TWM (ᵔᴥᵔ)
The show might be good, but it's just not satisfying me. I feel robbed of a beautiful romance. The first season made me yearn for that kind of messy, heart wrenching romance. Those little touches they shared were so magical. I'd blush and squirm when their knees touched or when they'd try hard not to look at each other... there was so much tension!
This season just makes me feel nothing ? Like, it's just draining me emotionally. I don't even have it in me to get swayed by Oh's pain (cry with him), feel anger, or even satisfaction at how Teh is getting what he deserves.
The other issue I have, I am not convinced they built the cheating aspect well. I didn't get to see Oh and Teh's established relationship; how they act around each other, how they complement each other, and how they've now grown apart. It felt very "tell" and not "show." The little they did show happened in flashes, a fever dream, like they were meant to be forgotten after all, when for me it would have made a bigger impact if those scenes showing Oh and Teh's relationship were nice and long. So when they do drift apart, I can see it for myself and not have Teh write it for me in his journal.
Can't believe Phuwin, is only 17, a good actor, already in uni doing engineering, starred in several shows and is very fluent in both Eng and Thai... w(°o°)w
Sam Lin has really pretty eyes. I find it so cute when he looks to the side or when he acts confused. ( ◜‿◝ )♡ Also, I know the dad is the villain but he's so entertaining! I enjoy his scenes. I'm glad the writer didn't make him the usual one dimensional evil parent who only scowls and glares.
