Who wants to bet that the Head Director for the jewelry ad is Ji Woo's sister? It would explain why Seo Joon was…
Totally with you on that one. It would make sense of the dangling plot elements that always bothered me in the first series. There was always an undeveloped secret about Ji Woo's family and background. Why did he deliberately turn the bed-side family portrait face down when Sio Joon first moved in? What was he trying to hide? Why did that same photo suddenly turn face-up on their bed-side table when their relationship was on track at the end of the first series? Who actually learned authentic Italian cookery in the restaurant that folded? I always felt the writers were hinting it was really Ji Woo, not the creep who blackmailed Seo Joon. And why did Ji Woo have such an oversized reaction in the first series about being perceived as taking something for nothing? That was an oversized chip on his shoulder, and there has to be some reason for it. If all these questions tie back to what's happening in the second series, I'm going to have to applaud the writers. Laying down tracks of foreshadow like that, and knowing you're going to take a hit for it, but figuring that it will payback tenfold later....that's freaking gutsy.
