i think ya'll should read some of the plot Lazy Subber gave out. it sounds like a whole mess.it's based on three…
Oh my gosh, i can only go off what i also just read but... exactly what you said lol. i am going to put my faith in the director and screen writers to produce hugely likeable characters that can save the show from the plot. I would not feel supportive of any of those relationships, even if the show did give them all a happy ending! Also, i’m a little bit sick of rape plots ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ I don’t feel like drama’s (at least the ones i’ve watched) ever deal with rape in the proper way, so i’d rather not see them at all. Maybe i’m wrong tho, and i will be pleasantly surprised with this series. I hope!

Title 2 Moons 2
So the racist white washed casting standards of this Remake is much better? The new Phana was cast because hes…
I don’t agree with negative personal remarks for the sake of it or that the actors should be responsible for the casting director’s biases. I also don’t believe that the previous commenter is supporting racism by trying to support any actor. But, on a separate note, i absolutely agree that there is a huge emphasis on ‘white’ characteristics being favoured in thai bl that i have heard come up repeatedly even WITHIN the script of dramas like love sick, puppy honey and i am your king, to name a few. I personally find the obsession with this standard bizarre, but then I grew up in family where i was told tan and dark skin is more beautiful, so every place is different. These beauty ideals will take a longggg time to change tho if at all. Also 2 moons was the drama i believe, that rejected Newyear at the late stages of casting for not being ‘manly’ enough, and stated that it only wanted to cast straight men for the gay roles, so discrimination against certain actors is dramas has not been limited to their physical attributes. Personally i hope that thai dramas will become more inclusive of a larger variety of actors, but it is up to the casting agents, and in the meantime, I think that the success of the new 2 moons will will rely heavily on the chemistry between the actors and that fans will be less concerned about the actors’ looks once the series starts.

My thoughts on Ep7:-Pop's back hug was really adorable and cute.-Nick is sweet, nice, and kind, but he might be…
If you haven’t watched episode 0, the full version of it (made before they split what was originally going to be the ‘chinese’ cast and the ‘thai’ cast, before season 1) nick is seen in bed with a guy so i guess he was supposed to be gay originally! (Or bi) Also win/ton is with a girl and i am pretty sure i saw a lesbian couple in there too or lesbian kiss. What a different season it would have been if they used any of it for season 2.

i feel like some people that talk about the ‘lack of plot’ in this series are really missing the point and not appreciating this very left-of-centre humour! The series def started out as complete fluff and obvious humour, but esp in the first four episodes when we are constantly tricked with the flashbacks, there is a definite joke between the director and audience and i absolutely love it :) It definitely seems to set out to play on yaoi girl/gay fantasies about what we want to see, and then having a bit of fun with our expectations. Esp in eps 5 and 6 they also make fun of cultural differences and stereotypes several times in an unoffensive but humorous way. I like that this series has a very different feel to other bl dramas- this is the same reason i loved What The Duck. I hope more ppl can appreciate this series moving forward, and accept that the charm of the show does not lie entirely with having a strong plot.
