Enjoyed this a lot. But it really feels weird to watch a cultivation drama that only has a 1 year setting and the leads didnt have at least 3 persona

I think lighting could have been better , but that is probably one of the best nc scenes for a kbl

Strong start terrible ending. I think even the writers and director were unable to figure out how to wrap this up.

The “confrontation” scene between XY and CX was perfectly delivered I feel violated it being just an illusion

Loved how all characters are just plain crazy. Tho felt like the story flow is kinda messy and acting could be better

Yeo woon being smug for being Myung ha’s man is probably the best thing in this series!

Jeok bong was a weird addition other than being the “dog”. I thought he will be able to generate a shield for the explosion since he was the one shown that noticed the timer first. Also thought that the kid So Moon saved will be an exception to the rule counter and have a bigger role. Importance given to him on the early eps just vanished

Story was kinda slow but can’t deny the action was amazing. And at least they didn’t do Do Hana loml dirty still being 2nd best among them.

I wish they had a different take with Zero’s character than another Prasath. A sophisticated, calm psychopath perhaps

GUN THE BEST ACTOR THAT YOU ARE

Probably one of Chimon’s best performance. So proud of The Gifted kids Claire, Gun, Chimon, AJ, and JJ. The gap in acting with the other kids are really noticeable. Jamie comes close. The other kids are okay and really delivered in Ep17.

Story was kinda flat but I guess, at least it didn’t get too messy with sooooo many plot twists. Maki and Tibet being the “most important” students didnt feel very important in the story

Sometimes I still think that they have finished shooting this back then and one day those unreleased episodes will see the light of day. Stay With Me made me miss Gu Hai and Bai Lou Yin so much. I wish they got the season 1 ending (and even book 2) that they deserve

One thing I really hate is the shipper. I hate shipper characters in any series tbh

As someone who have watched the og series and read the novels, I admit at first I felt robbed watching this. Was busy thinking “this could have been”, “Gu Hai and Yin Zi deserve this”. I was frustrated. But along the way I just felt happy that now the story was told. Although I think there were some impt parts they removed that made the characters but fortunately it was still well thought that the characters were not “ruined”. Really hoping that there will be no more issues and we get season 2 and the conclusion we all deserve ❤️

One thing that bothers me and think should have been included explicitly is at this point of the story, Wu Bi should have “control” of Su Yu’s appetite/food preference already. This is one of the foundation of their relationship 😅

One thing I learned from kdramas is how big a deal age difference is with Koreans. And it actually bothers me how Yechan was not scolded even once by Yul for never listening to him, an older brother. And wanna commend Yul’s patience.

Came for the bromance saw from reels stayed for the amazing story. Gonna miss watching the trio share their 5 braincells (combined) 💕

Acting was not that good and can be sometimes a little too stiff which I find weird for a KBL. But the sexual tension between the leads gave me life. KBLs this year are really good. Doesn’t feel rushed for the sake of releasing a BL

Other than the average kissing scenes and somewhat awkward hugs(i dont know if this is because of the height difference), this got one of the best acting and story among BLs. Wonderful.

Congratulations particularly to Joshua Hong for a job well done. LOL

It was a good plot but was not handled properly. With the built up they had on how lost the leads are, the ending is not what their story deserve. I do like how they made Tae Hyun fix himself first before committing to Da Yeol. As for Da Yeol, would have loved if he found his passion other than Tae Hyun.

An this point where I am not complaining with these short KBLs anymore. If they can execute and deliver, I’ll take it. And this is one of those that delivered. Simple and beautifully done!

My only gripe with this series so far is 1. the lack of additional security people after ep1 and 2. You hear a motorcycle in your very own "compound" you didn't react to it? I will not accept they didn't hear it. It was loud. Haha. Other than that, so far so good. Hope mom Mrs Tanya survives and Chopper & Nueng are actually friends and will be friends till the end
