The story sounds a lot like Blossom In Adversity w/o all the wonderful ladies. Based on everyone's comments - ultimately it's the poor man's version.

This was just toxic. My mom loved her in Perfect Match - but in this one, just in this one my mom was like this was toxic. She was happy she saw PM before this b/c she thinks if she saw PM she wouldn't have seen any of Feng Zhi Mo's other work.

Story concept decent...acting absolute crap, filming worst of the worst, what is the production & set location - they had no wardrobe - just sloppy. Don't do this to yourself.

Yeah, I finished this one too. As I said, good story - terrible acting. My mum - loved every moment of it. She was captivated but couldn't handle Eternal Love, Love Bet. Fairy & Devil, & she literally will not watch ANYTHING that has Dilraba in it.
If there's Dilraba it's an immediate, NO! But she loves this trash.

Good story - I understand it & cute moments b/c of it. However, the acting & execution is terrible. The obsession w/ pink & clothing is ugh. Kill me now.

I will rate for all parts of Perfect Match the same - great concept story but terrible everything else. Terrible acting, ost - none, location, the actors - that girl is popular - but she's the queen of the production company b/c she's in ALL their film. My mom loved their films so I kept her company.

MEN HAVE EMOTIONS. MEN CAN HAVE EMOTIONS TOWARDS EACH OTHER.
I have a few questions for you people.

1. Do any of you people have any siblings? If you do:

a. Have you or other siblings , ever kissed (on the face arm) in some way, each other?
b. Have you or other siblings tell each other, "I love you."?
c. You've never hugged or kissed your best friend & told them you've loved them?

I have to all three, in private & public. My friends & fam have done it to each other in front of me & other. In private & public would all of you outsiders see us as gay? It just adds up in your limited thinking I must be gay.

You can't think like this. Men have feelings & emotions. If you have a son & he wants to hug another boy, this doesn't make him gay - it just makes him expressive. So what will you say about a woman who doesn't share her emotions - she's gay?

2. TO BL PEOPLE: This series can be a healthy Bromance & NOT BE GAY BAITING like so many bl people see to be implying. It's healthy for men to share their emotions, it's not gay. A lot of men also prefer to share it w/ other males. Just like women tend their emotions w/ other women - "girl talk" - men have their own.
So, men/boys do hug & look for comfort from each other sometimes. Just like girls do & it's not toxic , unlike what's been spread around in the last few years on the internet.

"HOMOPHOBES"/ ANTI-BLers: I know some of you aren't homophobes you just don't like bl, while there are a few homophobes in the mix. Unfortunately what I'm going to write will be a general statement.
I expected better. You should look deeper than thinking this is a gay series - it's about guys seeking comfort when they're dealing w/ abuse & disappoint from everyone else. Who are they going to turn to? Some girl? No. A therapist? You know a guy isn't going to do that? They're going to go to their bro - COME ON, DO BETTER!


Addendum: Admittedly, older guys do feel AWKWARD about using "ILY" to friends (not family). In my experience , it's like 911. Then the guys are like - "Yo, what the hell is up." so all the guys get freaking worried & coats are up sneakers are on...So men are emotional beings.

I'm going to be the most honest reviewer here - this series is absolute trash. But I absolutely love it anyway. I'll give a deeper reviewer later.

girl...you aren't lying. My thing is the acting. They should have coffee w/ the guys from The Knot & rethink their choices in life.

I think it's b/c they changed the actors right? It doesn't look like it's the same actors. I dunno...or maybe they never cast them & I thought they did. Huh, maybe I was wrong.

If all this drama is happening. I don't blame him. YY has more rank in Chinese tv/film industry than more directors/producers - he can make or break you even if you have some relevance. That guy is taking chances.
