I’m wondering if there will be any kiss scenes between them, since I know Li Qin usually doesn’t take dramas with many kissing scenes. If there are, that would be great, I’d love to see Li Qin’s kiss scene which is quite rare.
As for Chen Zheyuan, I’ve watched him in many dramas before, and he’s quite good at kiss scenes. This pairing isn’t something I expected but they seem to look good together.
I really want to watch more good romance dramas as I’ve kind of dropped a lot of historical romance cdrama lately because I just can’t get into them. Honestly, I’m really tired of cold, one-dimensional male leads.
I hope the ML character here shows more sides to his personality not just the blank, soul-less staring face.

This drama isn’t a big IP and isn’t based on a famous novel. I’m not sure it’s one of iqiyi’s major dramas probably an S project but they got a good director to lead it.
