The only thing that's bothering me is Jae Hun looks exactly like the Grandfather. Yes, because they used the same actor, but that's the thing, when writers do that, more often than not there's a connection.
I hate to think he's the real cousin, because that means him and Se Yun doesn't have a chance to be together.
Another interesting thing is, the supposed real grandson is not a main character. You would think he is one of the main character, because after all, the story revolves around grandma finding her grandson.
Then again, maybe Korean writers are learning not to reveal who's who with their cast listings. Haha.

I can't remember if she jumped with his sword to the lake. When Bu Yeon's petrified body was retrieved, she was not holding a sword though.
So, as far as Part 2 is concerned, no one knows where that sword is currently.
Though I'm suspecting NakYeon (Part 2 lead actress) will find it one day, and it will unlock the body's divine power and Nak Su's immense energy, and it's going to be one huge disaster. (The body's divine energy is far stronger than Nak Su's immense energy. I think the only reason Master Lee was able to place those two opposing powers in balance was because the body was petrified, so the divine energy was dormant, thus, he was able to use Nak Su's energy to be in a delicate balance with it.)
And i dont understand. Is JBY/MD soul inside naksu body or is it Naksu in Naksu body without MD/JBY at all?

As far as the ending of Episode 10 is concerned, it is a time-loop. Instead of just one experience, he is looping in two lives, both his (poor version and 4-2 version).
I think what's caused the time-loop is he started a predestination paradox.
So far, the only thing confirmed to have changed is the reason for his mother's (poor version) death. But it can be argued that, if his mother did not have a hearth attack, she would have committed suicide anyway.
Everything before and after his mother's death still happened exactly at it should be; sand Soonyang war--we do not have information if the Soonyang situation in Episode 1 was the result of 4-2's actions.
As far as Episode 10 is concerned, Episode 1's Soonyang situation is because of 4-2's actions = predestination paradox.
If he ever wants to escape his time-loop, he needs to do something that he hasn't done before. Since he can not remember his previous attempts--he only finally remembered 4-2 was already dead before he was “reborn” in episode 10--then it's going to be a very tough battle.
But since this is a show, I'll take a guess that this round, he'll survive and won't die.
I would even take it so far as to say, he removed himself (as 4-2) from the scene, everyone thinking he died.
He will only reveal he is alive after his “poor” version is assassinated, to complete the circle and satisfy the need for the predestination paradox (things already happened as it should, those who died will die no matter what, and so on).
Then he'll complete his revenge.
Again, as far as episode 10 is concerned. 4-2 died, and that was the moment he did, and he finally remembered it. This is the moment he can break the time-loop.
This world/universe has great potential, but the acting and directing requires a major upgrade. It's understandable they're newbies, there's no question about it, but they also have to be able to take on criticism, they need to level up.
