I think at 25 21 they got far from each other. Name was after it maybe? The biggest event of their lifetime! When…
Yeah. It's weird to have that title when after 13 episodes it still isn't about the title. LOLs.
It's not uncommon but it's usually seen in novels. Makes one wonder what 25-21 is really about.
I'm starting to think similarly, how they went their separate ways, picked up the lessons in life, and found a better future for themselves.
A great ending, instead of the usual "they lived happily ever after". If that will be the case, yeah, I think it's about time we see more stories about life, adulthood, and making decisions.
* 16 episodes * Title: 25-21 * ep13 is already at 24-20
The title can not be episode 16 only so: * ep15 will be 25-21 * ep16 will tie-up the loose ends between 25-21 and "present" - we'll discover who she married
* ep14 will be about their budding -romantic- relationship
Is it just my county or people really aren't that extra about the weather😕. Forecasts are just predictions…
Practically every meteorological agency in the world are hated when reality is far from their predictions, so don't worry about your country. It happens everywhere.
1. "Time doesn't flow"- I am suspecting that they're using the real-world theory that the "all time is 'present…
That's what the block universe theory is about. It is also called "Eternalism" in scientific philosophy. Time doesn't exist. It doesn't flow. There is no "past", "present", nor "future", there is only "now".
I simply changed the block universe theory a little bit to fit into time travel fiction.
I highly recommend joining scientific circles and share your view about time with the community. The block universe theory is, after all, a real scientific theory.
1. "Time doesn't flow"- I am suspecting that they're using the real-world theory that the "all time is 'present…
You're welcome. Glad to be of help.
I can't wait for the remaining episodes, I'm curious what else they're going to reveal. When it comes to sci-fi K-Drama, they always have surprises … not like Western sci-fi, too predictable. hehehe.
1. "Time doesn't flow"- I am suspecting that they're using the real-world theory that the "all time is 'present…
Short answer: There is only one timeline. Each point in time is happening simultaneously in the 'now'. There is no "past" or "future". The Ghost is moving between these different versions of "now".
Long answer: Because she revealed that "time doesn't flow" there is a very high possibility that the writer is using the "block universe" theory, as it is called officially in scientific circles. If so, then there are more than one Ghost because every single time a time traveler moves from "one now to another now" they create a new "copy" of themselves.
Imagine you have a paper with dots everywhere. Each dot is a representation of a fixed point in time.
In Dot #1, you walked from your room to the refrigerator to get water an hour ago.
In Dot #2, you are sitting in front of your computer reading this reply.
In Dot #3, you will go to the department story 4 hours later.
From your point view, Dot #1 is the "past", Dot #2 is the "present", and Dot #3 is the "future".
We generally think of the past as a fixed point in time. It already happened. It will not change. While the future is fluid, anything can happen depending on what we do in the present.
In the many-worlds interpretation or MWI, if a person is faced with an important decision, a branch is created (this is usually called a "new timeline"). So now, we have two timelines. Or, to put another way, if a time-traveler changes something in the past, a new branch of time is created where the changes occurred but the original timeline--without the changes--still exists.
So far with me?
Forget all about it. ^_^
In the block universe theory, the past, present, and the future do not exist. Dot #1, Dot #2, and Dot #3 are all happening simultaneously. They are all "fixed points". It is not time that flows but it is you that flows. They are all happening in the "now".
Let's add in a time traveler.
NOTE: At this point, I changed the "block universe" theory a little bit. I personally do not agree with the original version of the "block universe" theory, and I am suspecting the writer of Grid doesn't agree with it either.
------- The original version of the block universe theory posits that everything that happened and will happen already happened. So, if a time traveler changes something in the past, nothing actually was changed because it already is. What we remember as the "past" is actually the version where a time traveler already changed something. Is there a version where the time traveler did not change anything? No, there is no such version.
In my version of the block universe theory, both the unchanged and changed past exists simultaneously. Explained below: -------
Going back …
The time traveler entered/inserted himself in Dot #1 and appeared in your room while you were on your way to the refrigerator. You stopped in your tracks and was about to attack the time traveler.
Time changed, right? Correct. Dot #2 and Dot #3 will never happen as it should be.
However, in the block universe theory, Dot #2 and Dot #3 exists already. It's out there. It never changed. It was never affected by the "appearance of the time traveler in what we call the 'past'".
Did it create a new timeline? No. When the time traveler inserted/entered your Dot #1, it did not literally did that, the time traveler actually showed up in Dot #4. Because that reality already existed long before the time traveler decided to time travel. Dot #4 is already there. It is a fixed point in time.
Now there are two copies of you from the same "source of time" (Dot #1 is the source of Dot #4). The same applies to the time traveler. The traveler in Dot #4 is an independent version of the "source", and likewise, long before the time traveler used a time machine, the traveler already have a Dot #4 version.
Isn't it the same thing as the MWI (Many--worlds interpretation)? Nope. In MWI, a branch of time is created only when a person is faced with life-changing and/or world-changing decisions. If a person is faced with making a decision to kill a murderous dog about to bit his little child, a new timeline is not created. However, if a person is faced with making a decision to kill a murderous dog, even though he can capture it alive, then a new branch of time is created. There is an explanation for this but it's quantum physics already. ^_^
Bottom line, in MWI, a new timeline is only created for specific reasons and always when there is a life-changing and/or world-changing decisions/changes.
In the block universe theory (both the original version and my version, and again possibly the Grid writer's version too), there is actually _no_ "timeline", it all just exist already. All possibilities, no matter how small (like choosing to use a pencil or a ballpen), and all points in time, with all the possible changes because of time travelers, it all exists already -- it is all "now".
Oooh, I love where this is going … Episode 6.More inside.
1. "Time doesn't flow" - I am suspecting that they're using the real-world theory that the "all time is 'present time', there is no past nor future" or as I explain it "all moments in time co-exists simultaneously".
- What intrigues me is of all the things she can say "time doesn't flow" is the first thing she said (other than the 2091 of course).
Eo Jin was surprised and showed understanding. He seem to have understood the implication of her big revelation, and to whatever secret agenda he has (that they haven't revealed yet).
There are a hundred reasons why she chose that information so … we'll not get there. At this point, the story can move forward anywhere, wherever the writer wants, so it's pointless to speculate.
Moving on:
2. The Ghost/Founder injecting something to Sae Ha's mother. In episode 4 (if I remember correctly), they revealed that she was pretending to be the newly hired caretaker. So we, the audience, is aware that this was not the first time.
However, what was different and is important is she took this moment to reveal she was in the room, the new "caretaker" of his mother.
Here's another kicker: we do not know "when" exactly the Ghost did it. Was it before she was caught or was it after? Remember, she travel in time, appear anywhere, and go back to the exact point in point she came from--practically making it appear that she's in multiple places all at once. But she is not, it was a different version of her from different times.
This is also related to the "time doesn't flow". It explains why there is no restriction to time travel. It explains why she can go back at any point in time and be practically in multiple places all at once.
This is what Sae Ha still have not figured out. He thought she escaped but she did not.
This is also probably what Eo Jin understood … if "time doesn't flow" then it means she is practically everywhere.
Here's the biggest kicker: The Ghost they captured, which version of her is it?
Here's yet another kicker: Have they been tracking the exact same Ghost all this time? Or, they were tracking different versions of the Ghost?
Do not forget, she has a phone that can access "future news".
3. They wondered why she knew it was a trap. Because she already lived through one version of the trap where she was caught as well but instead of being fired live bullets, she was shot with tranquilizers.
Somehow she escaped that. OR, another version of her witnessed it, then went back to the 2017 and did things differently. ONLY, this time, she was caught yet again because she had no idea [1] they will use live bullets; [2] there is another trap. ((( Note: She keeps making this mistake. She loves to do trial-and-errors, this is her weakness. )))
4. What did she inject Sae Ha's mother with?
My suspicion is it is a cure. She even intentionally revealed herself. Maybe, just maybe, the one in Sae Ha's home is the real Ghost they are tracking, the "present version". She's helping cure his mother's illness so she can get his support and stop her from getting captured … again … and again … and again.
She probably realized there is no way out for her when the AB is involved, and she will fail in her missions. The only way is to get an ally, get the AB off her tail, so she can finish her missions and save planet Earth (or maybe Korea).
Or, she was the one keeping her ill. All these years, she was probably injecting her with something to keep his mother weak and bedridden. Which again, what for? What is her connection with Sae Ha?
Disney subtitles suck, dramatic music, light switches on, echoing, gosh, it's so annoying.
It's called "closed caption" and is meant for the deaf community.
Most TV, Cable, Digital, and online streaming services, have a setting to choose between CC (Closed Caption) and Subtitles. If Disney+ doesn't have that, then you're wasting your money on their service.
There are other terms used for it, especially in the subtitle community.
The only bad thing about this show is Tae Moo's terrible business hairstyle 😫
I think it fits with his character. He sees himself as too handsome and too perfect and too "I can do everything". The business hairstyle gives that kind of aura. ^_^
If that was his hairstyle even casually, the image or aura it will bring is he's "cocky" and way over his head. But since he isn't, he doesn't wear the business hairstyle during casual days.
I find it's so adorable 😍 yes because of weather too. He is a shy type irl just like Taemu.
Yeah, trying to imagine what's going on in his mind. Haha. He's kissing Kim Se Jeong after all, and under a beautiful night skies, on a romantic bridge.
I don’t understand why you keep watching it when you clearly don’t like it. Seems like a huge waste of time.…
LOLs. The FL was not yet sure about her feelings.
Secondly, if you want to talk about "IRL" then what the FL did is correct.
1. The ML was the one who's about to punch someone while there is a police car around. You do NOT turn your back on someone who is about to throw a punch.
If the FL saw her ex-crush about to throw a punch, she would get in between them facing him.
2. She instinctively protected the ML from all the troubles that would've happened if he was caught on the act punching someone.
Yes, it appears that the FL "sided" with her ex-crush but that is only the surface, that was NOT the intent, that was not her instinct reaction.
You've never been in any relationship if you don't even know this simple thing.
Oh wait … a lot of relationships break because one person assumed his/her partner have chosen the side of the other person. LOLs.
3. It is appropriate for the FL to talk to aggressor because he started it.
Do you know why?
IRL, because the FL trusts him enough that he would understand. Because SHE knows him well that he would not make it a big issue.
Again, instinct.
Noticed how she stood up against her ex-crush? She was not there talking to him because, quoting you, "that says A LOT.. who she really cares.." She was there to tell him to "f*** off you pathetic loser".
Give women some credit. They can handle their relationships on their own, better than most men.

I wonder if he'll join forces. He now realized he's playing "safe" with the devil.
Then again, he also knows who Woo In is, and already have an idea she is out for revenge … which includes him and taking back IM Defense.
