Who says he is dead? This might be the typical out-of-body experience which can only mean he will probably be…
In the preview, I heard the word "coma" (or the subtitle, lols). So in ep2 Young Min will probably be, well in coma.
Also in MDL's description, Seung Tak will have two ghost doctors with different backgrounds, possessing him. If the description is accurate, then it'll be very interesting what dynamic there will be. An intern expert with two backgrounds … that's something haha.
Ok, so … in 2010 Dr. Young Min, then intern, was possessed by a ghost doctor and did his first successful surgery. 12 years later, in 2022, he's now a very popular Professor with a very clean record.
Then came Seung Tak, the heir, as an intern under him. Unfortunately, Dr. Young Min got into an accident and became a ghost himself.
While in the OR, Ghost Dr. Young Min was able to possessed the body of Seung Tak and operated on his own body through Seung Tak's body.
I guess that's pretty much episode 1.

According to the MDL description, there are two ghost doctors possessing Seung Tak. It would appear that the Ghost Doctor which possessed Young Min 12 years ago hasn't moved on.
What I love with this show is Mr. Hwang. I hope all fathers and employers are like him. He trusts his daughter…
I don't like Jae Guk's mother. She's so full of herself and thinks the world revolves around her.
I probably would have said, if I were in her shoes: Oh please, don't praise yourself too much, your son and I agreed we'll break-up before we even started our relationship. Eat that biatch. *then walk away*
HAHAHAHAHA.
That's the kind of fathers and mothers we don't need.
What I love with this show is Mr. Hwang. I hope all fathers and employers are like him. He trusts his daughter and sort-of adopted daughter. He doesn't push what he wants. He listens to their thoughts and ideas. He is overall supportive even in managing his company.
He also doesn't overlord them, nor his employees. He observes from a distance. He talks of them. Treats them as human beings.
Then both as a "father" and an employer, he even wants to make sure Young Eun gets the best of the best deal. She's not his real daughter but he supported her and funded her education, she even believed in her dream and let her built her fashion brand. Yet, with all that, he's ready to let her go and work for another company.
To her real daughter, while he prefers a business/political marriage, in the end he showed that he doesn't really care. What he cares about is for her daughter to get a good man, regardless of his background and family and business. He definitely loved that he is a man who came from nothing and worked his way up, a man worthy of his support.
What's even more interesting was this time around, he did not tell her daughter who she should marry. He could've told her and set up another arranged marriage, which her daughter will reject. Instead, he helped Do Hoon in making his daughter fall in love with him. He gave him tips, he shared the likes and dislikes of her daughter. He is a father, whoever her daughter will marry will eventually also acquire his company, but he was fine and happy for the guy and played match-maker.
He is definitely something. That's what true love is. There is support and most importantly, there is trust. You also know when to push something and when to pull out and let things happen. And if one approach doesn't work, another approach might.
We rarely see that kind of a father and an employer these days. If they want something, all they know is to push for it, they don't care and will not hear about your side just because they're "the father" and/or "the employer". Just because you are older and/or have the most experience, it doesn't mean anyone around you doesn't have anything contribute or should just follow you blindly. The world is not black and white nor is life a straight line with no branches.
I love how the twins changed, they learned to love their carpentry club, especially the guy. I thought he's going to be a jerk all throughout the series, just there because their aunt told them so.
I think it's good that they're showing how people can change if given proper guidance, and they people may not grow up properly because their parents/guardians are not doing good in raising them (as their aunt is).
Yep, both twins played by Na Ra, GSY played the youngest sister, Shi Ho
Also, the teenager Sang Yeon looked more like Seung Yeon than Seo Jin. There's a difference in built and face shape between the teenager version of the twins … unless they digitally altered Seo Jin as Sang Yeon.
Episode 2 Part 1: * Female Bulgasal: I will be born again with this scar that you have given me.
Episode 2 Part 2: * Min Sang Yeon and Min Sang Woon are twin sisters. They have a younger sister named Min Shi Ho. * In 2006, Min Sang Yeon was killed by an older Bulgasal. Min Sang Woon and Min Shi Ho fled and lived with the sister of Min Sang Yeon in her previous life. * Min Sang Yeon remembers all her past lives. * Min Sang Yeon have a scar, a reminder of the sword Dan Hwan used to kill her. Min San Wool doesn't have any, at least based on what was hinted. * Min Sang Yeon told her twin: "he (the bus driver) is after my soul". * Yet, the soul which the monsters can smell is in Min Sang Woon. * It appears that the female Bulgasal's reincarnation was split into two. The sword scar and being able to remember her past lives went to Min Sang Yeon; while the soul of Dan Hwan went to Min Sang Woon.
Episode 3: * Min Sang Woon kept trying to remember what her twin sister, Min Sang Yeon, told her when she (Sang Woon) hid in the closet (as seen in Episode 2). * Min Shi Ho showed up.
Episode 4: * Min Shi Ho's right hand hurts when she touches someone. -- Remember in Episode 2 when the female Bulgasal stole the soul of Dan Hwan, a soul mark showed up on her right hand. * Min Shi Ho can feel something when touching other people with her right hand. * Confirmed that Min Sang Woon was also the female Bulgasal, giving credence to the "twin theory". * Min Shi Ho was Dan Sol, the wife of Dan Hwan in the past.
Episode 5 & 6: * Confirmed our earlier theory that the reincarnated female bulgasal was split into two. - However, I submit that the female bulgasal was not exactly split into two but rather her soul and Hwal's soul were separated. - Hwal's soul is in Min Sang Woon - The soul of the female bulgasal was in Min Sang Yeon - Min Sang Yeon, the older of the twins, did something to protect Min Sang Woon from the ancient bulgasal. - The female bulgasal is already dead (Min Sang Yeon) and is probably in limbo because she needs the soul of Hwal to be reincarnated -- but his soul is still in Min Sang Woon. * Also revealed that there is a curse on the head of the female bulgasal and she wants to kill Hwal. That dream is not clear: a. Was the female bulgasal referring to the ancient bulgasal, the one she desperate wants to kill? b. Was she referring to the curse of reincarnation and remembering all her past lives? (Which sucks if you ask me.) * Just like what Hwal asked, who exactly is Min Sang Woon if she is not the female bulgasal? Is she simply the female version of Hwal's soul? - Does it mean then that if Hwal has taken Min Sang Woon's soul she would simply ceased to exist? There will be no female bulgasal since she's dead already? Only Min Sang Yeon have the sword scar. - If she's simply the female version of Hwal's soul, what would happen if Hwal the bulgasal kills her? Would he be able to retake his soul? Or would he cease to exist since he technically killed himself/herself?
Episode 17 of this show trumps the sadness ending of: 1. Moon Lovers: Scarlet Heart Ryeo 2. Saikano / Saishū Heiki Kanojo (live-action movie, anime OVAs, anime TV series) 3. Uncontrollably Fond 4. Youth of May 5. Gu Family Book

Then there is also drama here and there. I hope it's goes well in the next episodes.
