There would be nothing to tell if YJ didn't go around pursuing MK about their past. In my opinion, YJ is the one who is still madly in love with MK. It's obvious that MK is indifferent about the past so why is YJ still living there? I personally think YJ is all about the screentime and the drama which is why he brings it up any chance he gets.
