apart from they are on hospital settings, side characters (some characters were there as side character) and the styling (how they filming, create story, flow, etc not completely same, but there are some similarity), everything is new.
and there are some cameos from the main characters as the fanservice in each episode. its nice to know but dont really contribute to this drama's story atm.
