Cuz u need to think and be patient to know the story. Imo, its pretty much same as Light Shop and Moving, but slightly different genre. Although, a bit closer to Light Shop than Moving cuz Moving's hype came faster from the main cast romantic chemistry. The Light Shop's rate was the same as this in the first week and keep going up in the next 2 week. BUT, it doesnt guarantee you this to be as good as those 2.

It wasn't really like the usual Exchange, this one is more ambiguous (or free flow) about the goal, like they didn't really push them to fall in love, but good for them if they did. And the cast wasn't the one who mdl users want to be there makes it feel boring for them.
I like this than Single's Inferno 4 which airs around the same time (even tho it finished early than this, or maybe one of the reasons why this looks slow) cuz this one (the ratio) is more socializing rather than dating show for me.
