Same! YW was very condescending towards JH. It just shows how insecure he felt because he was acting like a bully.

YW literally talks in circles. I had to ffw thru his parts because he was repeating the same thing 15x and saying nothing of substance

SS and JH sibling team asked some really good questions and CH is my HERO. The way SS/JH figured out why YW chose a secret date with SS. I wanted all of them to use their questions for YW and really put him on the spot. YW is getting on my last nerve and his little sis is in delulu land. YJ is my other hero.

Finally watched this drama after having seen all of these now-famous actors in their more recent series - and I loved everything about it! The story/script, acting, entire cast including supporting actors, OST, were all done so well.

There’s also one called A Journey to Love - similar title and also excellent but sad/realistic ending. Definitely worth watching!

One of the best wuxia dramas ever made! Amazing cast, story, OST - the fight scenes were phenomenal. I agree with what other people said about the ending being rushed and that they overdid it with the romantic scenes near the end. One other part where the pacing/timing didn’t make sense was how long it took NYZ and RY to travel to meet up with their group who were fighting Beipan. 3 days? It didn’t seem like they were that far away. However, these are just not picky things. Yu Shisan is by far one of my favorite characters and Alan Fang portrayed him perfectly - from the hilarious scenes to the heartwrenching moments when he held QZ and SL as they died on the battlefield. This drama is worth watching and rewatching!!

If by happy ending you mean did they all survive then the answer is no. But it’s still worth watching til the end!!

Definitely one of the best dramas I’ve ever watched. Every character was human and imperfect and the actors were amazing. Phenomenal cast, story, directing, OSTs, script.

Like many others have said just ignore the science fiction part other than the works is ending in a matter of days - and this is a great series!! Love the actors and their chemistry and the story. I want to know Golf’s backstory and why he’s crazy. Poor sweet Art and how he discovered the truth in ep5 was heartbreaking.
