Im actually confused as to what babe is myself. No Alphas are typically dominant , they are the dominant species so to say. In the ABO world Beta's are basically just normal humans (who make up most of the population), a small percentage of the population is Alpha (the dominant ones) and an even smaller percentage are the Omega (the highly submissive ones).

Wont go into much detail but Omega (be they females or male) can get pregnant. Alphas and Omegas are like a super match since they fit each other rlly well. To answer your question, yes Alphas can be paired together, it would be like any gay couple in this situation, they would just both be very dominant in their actions...
