Please so many people want Xiao Zhan and Dilireba to star in a drama together. There was even a 3hr edit film of them made in Bilibili.

The copyright of this drama was bought by Hunan TV. So it will air on the hunan tv channel. TV dramas are generally scheduled in advance therefore TV dramas need to wait for airing slots. Therefore airing of the drama is up to the TV channel. Web dramas on the other hand are dramas that premier specifically on streaming platforms such as tencent. To give you an example, the untamed aired on tencent video and is considered as a web drama. Douluo continent aired on CCTV and therefore is considered as a tv drama. It is like netflix dramas and TV dramas. Hope that clears the confusion.
