I would recommend viewers to ignore the synopsis and tags. Whoever wrote all that clearly did not watch the whole movie.

I am at the last episode. Can someone tell me if there is any episode that does not have the female lead bursting into tears at every single opportunity? I would really hate having to go through the whole 16 episodes all over again just to find out. How any sane man can tolerate such a crybaby is befuddling.

Just a little list to remind myself what ruined those otherwise wonderful dramas for me. Please feel free to comment, suggestions are welcome.
Park Shin Hye: It is tiring to watch the same brainless weak female and crybaby persona drama after drama.
Bae Suzy: The incessant portray of pouty lips in every scene regardless of character being sad, happy, angry, etc.

Yep. After a while, I just skip every scene that has that idiot bitch sister and that Da yeon girl. They really do annoy the hell out of me.
