I has to disagree. For me Maeum need a major character development. She has many flaw as a webtoon editor. But it's okay because it feel more realistic as she is just a rookie with no experience. For example, her boss has told her twice that she need to control her temper and she need to stop mixing emotions with work. She also badmouthing her senior in front of the webtoon artist, which Na Gangnam has already reproach her about it, also she has done basically the same thing to him before. She has done some stuff which I think are not the best. So I'm waiting for some character development from her.
