This was such a great watch though some side couples were a little boring but I just skipped their scenes. BounPrem were really great in this drama.
I'll prefer Between Us over UWMA any day. Though UWMA had a much deeper plot, i could never fully get into it. I could feel the emotions a lot more in this series. Especially the confession scene is one of the best I have ever seen in a BL.
I just rewatched PhumPeem kiss in ep 5 and that was actually so good. Phuwin looked like he was really into that kiss. But wtf happened to him after that?
Another thing that bothers me is that does the director just tell the actors that they have to kiss and go with whatever they do. Why does no one tell them that they are not doing a satisfactory job?
Phuwin seems like a really hard-working person. I don't think it would be impossible for him to improve if he knows what he needs to work on.

Also, maybe it's just me but Earth's acting is not that great. Especially when he is beside Mix or Khaotung. Both of them outshine him here.
Earth does not show a lot of expressions. Could be that his character is like that but all his expressions literally feel like copy-paste of chief Phupa from ATOTS. Doesn't feel like I am watching a new character.

I know we'll see more of multi-pairing series. Actually they have always existed. Most shows have 1 main couple and 1 side couple. But 4 couples is not working here. ChainPun barely got anything. And PhumPeem had the most screentime still their story was not developed well
The only new pairing is MarcPoon but yeah I get your point. Still I wish they would handle it better and not give us a sloppy storyline that is completely carried by the actors.
How did PondPhuwin even go from NLMG to this. This is a fun series and all and I enjoy watching it. But tbh this feels like a downgrade for PondPhuwin given that they are one of the more popular couples of GMMTV.

I don't really mean to compare them with anyone but PondPhuwin definitely deserve a better series with better script and directing cos who knows when they'll star in their next BL. From what a lot of ppl are speculating, it might be in 2026.

I agree with you. This show is completely carried by the couples and their dynamics. There is no major plot. As a PondPhuwin stan, I am mostly watching this for them. And to me, watching this series is not much different from watching PondPhuwin moments on yt or tiktok. So, if someone is not a fan of the couples here then this series would definitely be a difficult watch for them.
Some people here have clearly never heard of slow burn. Not everything has to be plot heavy. For me this is my weekly dose of fluff that I like to watch after a long and busy day

His acting has improved compared to his previous stuff but why is his kissing going downhill? I don't remember him kissing like this in FUTS or NLMG.
