actually i didn't read the novel either, i didn't know absolutely anything about this drama or even its existence until yesterday thanks to the bare minimum promotion, but whatever ending spoiler i read was from a website called chinese drama.info

well she doesn't end with ml either, so the ml is more of a sml in terms of romance

So i just found out that the mutual love line is between a mai and chang yuqing, however they do not end up together.. so technically this is a bad ending in terms of romance

Most convincing cross dressing i have come across so far.. the part that irks me the most is the constant dramatic bg music.. from the cast and cinematography and also the horrid yellow filter, i guess it is really not a high budget drama.. i get that it was filmed in 2021, so it seems a bit old maybe

in the prequel alp, yes. their original names were feng yan and wu xi, and feng ran was their daughter, here feng yuan.. however there it was also implied that those 2 were killed.. but in drama tli, their story seems to have been changed totally.. from the way wu gui said that a yin had a part of feng chi, it seemed more like feng yin was related to feng chi.. it confused me too. if someone knows the full thing, please explain.

alp is the story of the parents of ml.. those parents never quite appear in this one, altho are sometimes mentioned.. however since their names are changed just like other characters of alp who are present here, watching that will just probably complicate this one more for u.. i would suggest watch this first, then alp.. both can be seen as standalone

probably.. in the wentoon his family was so wholesome.. i just hope that they don't change that part here in the drama.. evil stepmom would be too cliche

this was a beautiful one.. even tho i knew it was very sweet with a very happy ending, i couldn't help but dread something similar like in 21st century girl.. or maybe it was just me being reminded of that one.. but this one, the life the MCs lived, feels like a dream.. hl and this were written by the same author, however hl feels very relatable, this doesn't.. this feels like a dream that is far away from me, a very beautiful dream.

but judging from the way grandpa treats huiyeon so nicely, it is probably the latter. same father, diff mom

in the webtoon yang juran gets it.. idk about the novel tho

top 2 scenes of ep 10 imo:
1. ml giving in to temptations finally aka the kiss
2. pmh and mr kim fainting one after another

and dont forget about the transferred cancer, and 2 deaths due

so far in the drama they didnt., they probably will in later eps.. but they surely tell about her past in the manhwa

not with the same characters but a s2 in a way, a journey to glow

I read somewhere, idk where, that iqiyi posted a picture in b/w which they do only for dead characters for ajtl with all the characters together that died.. if someone has the link to that, or even better if someone could upload the picture here on ajtl photos section, it would be great.

yes. i watched lbfad too n i liked her in it. n after reading n knowing more about how things are supposed to be here, i am looking forward to watching it. kinda.

haha then i will start watching it next. i just checked its trailer out, n it is my cup of tea for sure.

since it is a game adaptation, it makes little sense to me as i never watched one before, unlike xianxias which im seasoned with. clearly they arent the same. things will make more sense once i start watching.
