ML wasn't using her like he was used by her and her family in previous timeline. ML main focus was a revenge. She can't take stand for herself and she has no self value. But you saying she needed love by someone. She needed to love herself and have standard morals which she hasn't in current timeline too. She was weakest link ML lead keep it open so her can choose her own destiny but she chooses to betray again. No matter anyone try to justify her actions but the character wasn't worthy of redemption. Manuwha character had some self confidence and can take stand up for herself that is why they had happy ending in there and probably not in drama.

She was weakest link and ML lead knows from other timeline. He didn't show affection or love because he knows if he does that she will definitely succumbed to her dads plan and betray the ML. Stop defending her she is like that because her character is written like that. she has no understanding of morals and wrong or right. she did false testimony in previous timeline and now she planted fake evidence.

She was bad alongside ML. ML skepticism regarding her is valid as he got backstabbed by her in previous life. She wasn't naive her father was mastermind alongside that chief Judge and she helped his father with fake case in ML previous life. She might or might not be good person in ML previous life. We have no Idea regarding her personality in ML previous life as we have only seen some flashbacks and that wasn't convincing. Hopefully she do right thing this time testify against her father which is right thing to do.
