The female teacher (Ms. Park) got bitten protecting Na Yeon. She died when they bombed the school. The kidnapped girl broke the plastic shackles (zombie strength I assume) and escaped to the classroom. Both shown in the show
The pregnant girl is irrelevant to the story tbh, we did see she was conflicted about the baby and decided to protect it in the end. I don't think they needed to waste screen time to explore her story etc. They are just a device to develop the detective's character.
