I felt this drama like that of "Princess Agents" but blended into a modern one with a better ending. 1. In both dramas the ML (lin gengxin) initially nurtured and controlled over the FL( zhao liying & steven tan), obviously out of affection (but appeared cold outwardly). 2. Both FLs became independent and stronger (stronger standing than ML). 3. Both has a matured, slow-burn, lovely chemistry. 4. Both has FL of similar height, beauty and popularity. There's many more that re-capture the unforgettable PA series.
The best part is when this drama delivered a better ending. The FL lead returns back and rescued the ML 😘( sadly in PA the FL returns back but late in time, so unable to rescue the ML 🤧)

Slight Romance?? But i feel the presence of romance from the very initial episode till the end. Very strong and inspiring FL character, love her so so much. ML character development is very good and lovably sweet. I wish for few more episodes for them to be together. Best office romance drama. Very much motivating and a very realistic one. I rated 10/10. Came after journey of flower and love & redemption (good c-dramas) but this one is not for me. I can't get to like the FL throughout the series, even though she kinda develop somehow through the episodes. I love xianxia but this seemed a bit off. No doubt it has got pretty faces and good CGI.
