Here are my thoughts: Kim Gi Taek wouldn't of killed Mr Park if it wasn't for his constant judgement. I think what really pushed him over the edge was when Mr Park held his nose while close to the murderer, which he had done to Kim Gi Taek in the past. I believe the final shot of him and the mother in the garden was his imagination whilst he was writing the letter.
