I actually watch turkish dramas with my family, the ones we watched were 'Kara Sevda', 'Yaprak Dokumu', and 'Muhteşem Yüzyıl'. I also watched 'Çalıkuşu'. It's my ultimate favorite and I've rewatched it 10x probably ( each year). It might be a cultural shock for you though, considering that Turkish religion is dominantly Islam, and Çalıkuşu is also historical romance.
RYU SEON JAE'S GOTTA BE MY MOST FAVORITE MALE LEAD FOR ROM-COM NOW!
it just sucks that he never expresses himself or even smiles at her, his feelings are always hidden. can't wait to see him more open with their dating era
No, it was clear when he asked on phone, why you are asking when you are already here, when door bell rang, then…
yeah that's what I mean, what if manager is forced ally of the killer? (killer forced the manager to help him)or something similar to that. I don't mean that the killer is the manager
So, Sol was starting to get feelings because she found out that sunjae likes her. She was at restaurant with sunjae…
idk if there is a pun. he is referencing baseball but she is thinking about feelings/love. when someone scores, they are winning or got the ball into the goal thingy. When guys talk about feelings like "I totally scored with this girl" they mean that they were able to make the girl catch feelings.
Does any one get the "scored" joke in the scene where sunjae and sol were eating dumplings at a restaurant and…
So, Sol was starting to get feelings because she found out that sunjae likes her. She was at restaurant with sunjae and sunjae reached out for her to spit out the dumpling, her heart started to beat ( bc shes starting to get feelings). and then he gave her water and she started stuttering (kinda) and was a bit shy? During the whole conversation about grades he was watching the TV baseball game behind her and she didn't know, she thought he was active in their conversation (he was talking about the game while she was talking about his grades) , and when her heart beat and she got flustered, he said "scored" and she thought he meant "look, I made you have feelings for me"
Watched this cause I needed new Byun Woo Seok content since I started Lovely Runner. This was sad, however, maybe…
LITERALLY SAME! i am also deprived of lovely runner so i watched this. I literally cried so much. Byun Woo Seok portrays his characters perfectly in showing such a innocent and pure love towards his female leads in both 20th century girl and Lovely Runner... and both Kim Hyeyoon and Kim You Jung convey their emotion very well too. I can't wait till monday!!!
I havent finished the episode yet, but I think that Mr. Yoon was telling the truth that he saved haein, and hyunwoo probably saved big brother but big brother lost his memory or something happened.
No, she def had a misscarriage and it was probably because she got cancer.
yeah, Luna D thinks the child is Haeins, so I'm just saying that since it was Def a miscarriage and she couldn't have possible birthed a child that would be taken with da hye
I also watched 'Çalıkuşu'. It's my ultimate favorite and I've rewatched it 10x probably ( each year). It might be a cultural shock for you though, considering that Turkish religion is dominantly Islam, and Çalıkuşu is also historical romance.
