seung wan is so cool :,) i love how character's values are portrayed like every time heedo helped yijin it felt very personal, her words reached and i could feel what yijin must have felt at those times. same for today, i felt free on behalf of seungwan, her actions aren't realistic per se but they are what we all wish we could do in our realities.
im very emotionally attached to all of them it's hard yall
It’s a mixture of all kinds of love. He definitely loves her deeply in a unconditional way because he supports…
today's episode def proved that his feelings went from platonic to romantic (or were still progressing) gradually over the 2 years (the way he talked about her to her ex felt like that?) either ways, love how the show treats their relationship so sensitively T-T
literally logged in after a month cause i caught up with this :') i saw a lot of comments about the age age but imo i think yijin's feelings towards heedo are more platonic than romantic rn (like how he refers to them as teenagers, and has repeatedly mentioned how grateful he is to her and naturally loves her cause she helped and made him happy when he needed it the most). they have a very honest relationship and i love it T-T we all need a heedo in our lives
as stupid as ung's idea of being friends with her is, i understand him. he is scared of being left all alone but at the same time not willing to her go a second time. being with her without risking himself getting hurt, that's the conclusion he came to (good luck ung, we know where that's gonna lead :D )
I can tell when the acting is so good when the angst, sadness, anger, frustration is on display, my heart fells…
i always felt very disassociated from the angst in a lot of dramas cause the writing made it feel awkward or over-angsty (regardless of how good the acting is) but damn, this drama has it's emotions spot on, and ofc the actors are very very well cast *chef's kiss*
i love how likable NJ is. she's kinda weird but this episode really showed us that's she's just trying her best at dealing with her own problems in life. ngl her getting in Ung and Yeon Su's way got on my nerves slightly but if you think about it, she doesn't know they dated or even if they are close for thay matter. she's just trying to get close to someone she likes. will def be sad to see her heartbroken (don't really think she'll be a typical 2nd lead, the writers are doing a really good job giving depth to most characters so far ahem except the manager ahem)
When this drama just began airing, some people rated it low without even watching it apparently because of the age gap. From around 8.5 then to a 9.1 now, that alone proves that this drama is not some shallow romance story with one dimensional leads, this is a complex ,thought provoking and heartwarming story about reality <3 if you have not watched it yet, watch it now, and soak in the awesomeness~
The amount of emotions and effort that has been put into this drama - by the cast, the writers and the production team-- deserves applaud. The 12 hours (until now) that I have spent in this drama make me feel as though I have been there in that neighbourhood all my life, seeing all the people through their suffering, seeing them struggle to live.
