When I started the vip, it automatically showed under my account the vip subscription and I was able access the vip contents and it's getting debited from my account every month as well.

The last 3 episodes are for the VIP access.
Looking at how the show has been ended sometime ago, I don't think they are providing full episodes for free.
Because She would never know drama began and ended after Royal Secret agent and that is available for non vip users.
So maybe I could be wrong but if they wanted to provide all the episodes for non vip users, they would have done so already.

It's the FL wanted to break up with him because she thought that the perfect personality or the image the guy has in the college has been put on stake because of her. She didn't want him to jeopardize his future for her because he was involved and helped her to cover up the mistake she has made to his level best.

The breakup happens in 23rd episode and they'll get together in 24th.
A very happy ending indeed.

@AdekManja I apologise but this is also not the one. The show was not about surrogacy. It was just fl working under ml in some kind of business or office and he comes to know about the girl being the reason about the physical damage done to the sister and till then he's in love with her. He's caught up between the girl and his sister.

No this is not the one. I have seen Khun Mae Suam Roy and atleast the actress is familiar.
In this show I don't even know the leads. Also, it's a recent 2020 drama I believe.

That's what I have been feeling the whole time about this show. I know the synopsis a bit but not the name. I don't know what to do now to know the name of the show except for asking here.

They are officially together on 23rd episode, yes.
But the ML confesses her about his feelings 2-3 episodes prior. But to be honest, even though the confession and getting together is a little late, they are never really apart from each other.
You'll see their chemistry, their feelings for each other throughout the show and it's really beautiful. ML is very attentive and very caring towards her. Even though she doesn't realise it, he is always by her side. Darren Chen is one amazing boyfriend.
I literally had butterflies! =)

Hi, I hope these answers your questions.
1) There are no particular misunderstanding between the leads in the whole show except at the episode no 22nd which gets resolved really quickly in the next episode which is 23rd.
2) She comes to know around 23rd episode only the ml knew she's a girl from the start and she absolutely doesn't get mad over him for hiding the fact. In opposite they become a very beautiful couple in my opinion.
3) Its amazingly beautiful, really satisfying and very happy ending.
To be really honest, the ML is really charming and so handsome all along the show that you'd instantly fall for him. FL is no less than him and definitely is the one of the strongest. They really compliment each other and you'll smile ear to ear and laugh out loud with them. The show is really amazing and I'll be rewatching it again and again just for the ML.
I really hope this gets you to watch the show because I just finished this 5 mins before answering your question. =)

I don't remember the leads as well. Just the storyline. I saw the video somewhere and I checked out at MDL as well and it was there. Normally I mark the show as plan to watch but I don't think I did it with this one as I don't find anything similar to the show in the watchlist. And I really think it was recent.

No this is not the one either.
However, it's quite similar to the story of Lying Heart, except the hero's sister has an accident due to the fault of heroine and she cannot walk.
She works under the hero and he falls in love with her. After he realises who she is, he's torn between the sister and the heroine about Revenge or love. That's the story and I have read this is MDL as well.
Just couldn't remember the name.

I believe it's a recent drama. And I have just recently seen some videos as well but I'm so forgetful that I don't even remember where I have seen those.
