Honestly thats only a feeling, like the cafe owner who said why did i think that Do sik is a male. But yeah your point is right, but as I mentioned in the prior comment, maybe only her close friends recognized and accepted her as a female. But again its only a feeling from myself, coz its a little bit similar to one of my friends story and the behaviour from the group.

I am not sure about that, coz its a controversial topic, but perhaps Oh Yoo Kyung is trans a FtM. So her response to kim baek doo would be right and he asks not the right question. She is now Oh Yoo Kyung, she legally changed the name. Kim baek doo already had recognized her as a female, but she was not comfty about the name and visuals, so she left and changed, found someone, who loves her. I don't know but thats the feeling I have since the flashback in episode one.
