I would say mid to great. Like good. I haven't seen anything that bothered me so far and many of them are quite realistic. It always seems funny to me when they fly of their horses but I guess that's expected in this genre. Which 3 scenes did you find exciting?

Don't judge by the rating. If this had romance, it would have been received very differently. Also, some people argue about the ML's moral code. I think it's a very good production, with good actors, intriguing plot and exciting fighting scenes. I also like the OST.

They have very good on screen chemistry imo. Even without romance, their eyes are very expressive.

I think the brother knew it was dangerous to go back but went there anyway to harm Jing Yiming because he was sure that Yuehua would fight him. In the end, that critical blow he achieved, decreased Yiming's power, allowing Yuehua to survive their fight. At least from my perspective, Yuehua's brother sacrificed himself to pave the way for her and atone for his mistake of not believing in her.

It pisses me off so bad! You have two wonderful actors and you're wasting them like that! It's as if someone else grabbed the script for the last episodes. I don't mind a little drama (and trauma) in general, and I really liked that video call where he was stating to get better, it was so beautiful and well-acted and THEN!! Great, now I'm pissed again.

Honestly, I think the ending was a disrespect to the main actors (I really like them both and I think they had good chemistry overall). The script let them down. It just went so dark for no reason at all. ML turned into a zombie and the only 'good' part for me was that ZYX could showcase her acting skills in those devastating scenes at the end. If you actually like bad endings, go ahead. Personally, I was pissed for a few days after that. It starts lovely dovey and then hits you in the head! And everything they are trying to show with the journey and growth of both ML and FL individually is torn to pieces with that ending. I wish I could rate the actors and the screenwriter separately 😂

For CXX, you MUST watch Love Between the Lines if you haven't yet. It's a must! What a good script can do...

He definitely knew he was no match for Yiming (and that Yuehua was no match either). That's what makes his sacrifice even more heartbreaking. He was trying to make amends for not believing her a year ago. Overall, this family is cursed 😭

To answer your previous question, I think Yuehua's brother sacrificed himself to harm Jing Yiming because he was certain that she would try to kill him. If he hadn't done what appeared like a suicide mission, Yuehua would have lost the fight...

Me too. I think that Jin guy spread the poison to come out as the hero with the medicine and become the head of the family. BYT's brother must have figured something out, that's why they framed him and poisoned him.
