I’m currently on Episode 10, and I’m almost finished with it, but I HAVE to rant about that absolute piece-of-shit sister Changyang has because this bitch genuinely makes my blood boil. Imagine trying to dictate two people’s relationship over a fucking ship when you don’t even know the reality of their situation. She’s literally going off of shit she’s seen online and has convinced herself that whatever she believes about this ship is the truth. Like, girl, you are DELUSIONAL as fuck. And what really baffles me is that she doesn’t even bother trying to find out WHY Shi Yuhao and Qinglang broke up in the first place. You would think that before interfering in these people’s lives, she would at least try to understand what actually happened between them. But nope. Her immediate reaction to finding out that her favorite actor, Qinglang, is with her own brother is to try to BREAK THEM APART so she can push Qinglang back toward Yuhao and make her little ship sail again. She doesn’t care why Yuhao and Qinglang ended things, what either of them actually wants, or how Qinglang feels about her brother. All she cares about is preserving this fantasy she created around two people she doesn’t even fucking know. This spoiled-ass brat is in college with the cognitive skills of a freaking five-year-old child—and honestly, that’s an insult to five-year-olds everywhere. I don’t even care that she’s spoiled; that’s not what pisses me off. It’s the fact that this grown-ass woman thinks her attachment to a ship gives her the right to interfere in actual people’s relationships. Girl, you are a FAN. You don’t know these people, you don’t know their relationships, and everything you think you know came from shit you saw online. Please be fucking serious. And honestly, this storyline really triggers me because this shit happens in real life, especially in K-pop fandom spaces. There are grown-ass shippers who act exactly like her—convincing themselves that a ship is real based on clips, edits, interactions, and whatever else they’ve seen online. Then they get so attached to that narrative that they start attacking real people or treating anyone who doesn’t fit their fantasy like they’re somehow standing in the way of their ship. Like, at y’all grown age, it is EMBARRASSING to be this invested in a relationship you know absolutely nothing about. You are watching these people through a screen. You have no idea what happens in their private lives, and no amount of edits, theories, or “proof” makes you an insider. Changyang, I know your relationship will beat the odds, so I’m always rooting for you. But that piece-of-shit sister needs to GO, like, immediately. I’ve had enough of her ass.
This episode was soooo goood. I was screaming at my screen towards the ending there, lowkey scared me a little. My favorite part of this whole ep was Singto snitching. I love his little ass. Wayu need to stay out that damn club, got mine and Krit’s blood pressure rising everytime he find himself in danger and it always leads back to that damn club😭😭. Only thing I didn’t really enjoy was the SA part. I felt so bad for Wayu, he deserve better!!
SHAO PENG AND ZI XIANG ARE SO ADORABLE TOGETHER, LIKE MY HEARTT CANT TAKE IT. Also I need the AO3 and WATTPAD people to start WRITING about them please 🙏🏽, especially since we only have 2 episodes left. I NEED TO READ ABOUT THEM!!!
Also the Side ship is sooooo cute. Im literally gonna be so sad when this show comes to an end like my heart is already breaking knowing that I only have two episodes left.😭😭😭😭😭
