Season 2 is also great, no need to compare both seasons. But I admit, in the middle of watching, I suddenly missed the cast in the first season esp bacca (i really ship her with junki) lol but I love both seasons.

Whatever. It's still the best drama for me, as a person who's a drama addict.
Other people be saying this drama is "unfocused", "slow-paced", "what is this drama really is all about?", "lacking". Bruh, it's supposed to be like that. This is slice-of-life and this drama has 5 main characters, so technically, the story is really slow-paced and unfocused because EACH. CHARACTER. HAS. HIS/HER. OWN. STORY. TO. TELL. Plus if you just watched this because of the cast or for the love story, then you must've come to the wrong drama. This drama has a perfect, balanced story of life, love, friendship. You can't just expect this to be not that intensive in medical aspects because THEY ARE DOCTORS and this tackles their lives.
