i always thought from the beginning Jung Won could be the host. Because it's shown that she's really good at coding so i feel like she is the game host my opinion changed throughout the episodes but seeing the comments, I feel like Jung won could be Se Eun because it's revealed that Se Eun is the game host. Still, Jung Won definitely isn't a regular citizen, and i don't think she's a mafia either.
