oh, actually it turns out the drama only mentioned that they were doppelgangers because they had the same face. so no, they aren't related which is rare. na aegyo is the biological mother of seok hoon but the twins (seola and Seokkyung) are Suryeon's real daughters. i should probably rewatch it to refresh my memory LOL
