Why would Netflix choose this Korean BL drama over the other ones that Viki has produced, and imo are better than this one? The main leads in Wish For barely spent any time together, there was no development to their relationship....
Can someone tell me why netflix picked up Wish you, but not WYEL or Mr. Heart?? At least the main leads were actually together in these two shows for more than 10 minutes, and imo they were just better shows....

i wonder if it's really that or someone who isn't a fan of BL. You say it has that rating b/c in the background someone is talking about murder and kidnapping (on the news). Yet Flower of Evil has a 15+ - Teens 15 or older rating. I loved the show don't get me wrong, but the fact that a little hour and half BL that has zero nudity and the only 'violence' to speak of is off screen or only spoken about is a little curious. Like how is Mr. Heart and Where our Eyes linger have the same rating as a show that literally shows a man who has been kidnapped and is being tortured in a basement on i think it's the first ep, if not the 2nd, in the same rating scale???

honestly, imo, it would really be a disservice to the viewers if they didn't do a second season. because if not why even spend so much time on his mom, talking about his aunt always going out trying to track down leads and all the other mono disappearances? and then obviously they could expand on their relationship as well.

Me too; I just hate the wait and uncertainty :( lol I didn't expect to like it as much as I did, but it was so compelling and I liked the new twist on the 'zombie' genre.
I kinda liked this drama although the kissing scene was kinda awkward and the overall acting of one of the boys…

For me, while I cried like a baby during his death(?) scene, it had to be him. Did everyone forget that he was a mass murderer?? Like yeah he had character growth, and that's great! But for hundreds of years he killed humans indiscriminately for no reason. Sure he had a right to be pissed about the villagers setting the forest on fire, but he went crazy!! The only way for him to have really redeemed himself is if he sacrificed himself. I would have actually liked to have seen him sacrifice himself by eating the snake scale in Lee Yeon's place and fell into the river. But....

And in the US if there's a character on TV (or in real life) that is of mixed nationality or immigrant they will speak mother\2nd language without thought sometimes.
And I understand what you mean about just saying it on a 'whim'. Sometimes it's not even a thought and sometimes, for me, English doesn't really have the word that exactly fits what Im trying to express, or it's just quicker so I'll say it in Spanish or Korean, mostly when I'm talking to my sister.

Tbh the show was a little confusing, what was real, what wasn't? I think it would have made a great full length series,! it's been over half a year since I watched it and I still think about it from time to time, which is why I was on here today reading comments. I wondered if new ppl are checking it out after the KinnPorche trailer came out last week (VERY excited for that drama!!!)
But a longer version would have been nice, and answer a crap ton of unanswered questions I have about what was going on lol usually I like up beat stuff, but every once in a while I get in what I call 'a darker mood' lol this would be great for one of those time. This past week I was in one of those moods and watched Sweet Home, Alice in Boarderland and .
