While i know you can't always cast exact ages to correlate for adults but Song Seung Heon who played mo gang , the youngest character, is the oldest cast member. a 41 year old playing, i forget exactly, but i think 26/27 year old??? and while he looks young (an super hot lol) he clearly looks the decade older that he is against the actors playing Leo and Haram, that are suppose to be older than him in the drama. although at time of filming all the other actors except for SSH were fairly on point as to what their respective characters ages were, so really SSH was the miscast actor overall lol but i guess when it comes to an A list being in your show you overlook, what i find to be n obvious flaw. given all the flashbacks and 20 years ago references this just bugged me lol

definitely no second season, all your questions were actually answered (except maybe the whole reappearance of kim joon at the end greeting ha ram into the afterlife) in this season. someone else has went over so i'll skip those. the relationship between the dr and the crystal is inside the doctor was the 100 year old escaped grandma grim reaper. b/c she was a GR she knew and could see what the crystal was.
mo gang's mom has a memory of the kid with no arm not b/c she treated him but he was one of the kids bodies that were recovered from the mall collapse. she used his body as a replacement for Kim Joon's who she ran over and disfigured his face so he couldn't properly be identified. she thought no one was going to claim him b/c it had been 4 days so no one would miss him, come to find out his parents were in the mountains praying, or something i can't remember, so they were out of touch and didn't know about the mall collapse until they got back.
the reason mo gang/kim joon saw his body in the car under water is because that's where his adopted mom put his body, she didn't want the real kim joon to be discovered b/c if he was found missing a heart that would obviously raise questions, especially as his brother got a heart transplant the same day he was found dead without one...
the ending of the show isn't a cliffhanger, I would say it's a pretty solid and satisfying ending, but some people…
Thanks! I was too afraid to read comments and get spoilers, sometimes ppl don't mark them and it gives away twist and what not. I don't want to ruin any surprises, unless they're going to leave me hanging like so many Netflix shows have been doing lol I mean come on season 2 of Sweet Home, or even worse Stranded, that's been over 2 years -.- but I thought since this was 20 eps it was probably safe, but never hurts to ask :)

Actually he and Hong Seok Cheon came up together in acting, they were castmates for years in the mid-late 90s show three men and three women. It's great to see after 2 and half decades later they are still on good terms with each other :D

Alot happens at the end so I'm not 100% which you're referring to, but I'm going to guess maybe where the dead gangster shows up driving Hyun Soo after he was captured? It didn't click with me the first time I watched it but the second time I watched it I was like, 'how did I miss this'? The bad guy monster, took over the gangster's body, and took HS. We can see it looks like there's a dead passenger in the front seat of the vehicle driving HS. That would explain why he doesn't have any scars anymore, and why he says ' long time no see'. But I could be wrong LOL ready for season 2!!
